I’m Giedre – My friends call me GG.

From as far back as I can remember, I have had a strong sense that it is within my ability to help people feel better, and I have always looked for effective ways of doing that and of assisting those in changing their situation. However, I am human and for many years I lacked the confidence to fully tap into my gift, doubting myself every step of the way, making myself small, feeling “not enough” and yet pushing through alone, gaining experience and finding there was no way to shrug off this drive within, the urge simply to serve. So I have leaned into my passion and remained active by continually learning new tools and looking for those that work best, those that give great results!

My vision and my practice springs from my deepest desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives and to leave a lasting impression on every person I meet. I want people to reach their potential by shedding their pain, and shedding the thoughts, behaviors and actions which are holding them back. I want people – I want YOU to light up and to see that there is another, better way. The way that you were designed for.

Our experience of the world, not the world itself, is what counts when it comes to our quality of life. We all have a tendency to run “old programs” with deeply rooted beliefs which determine how we feel and perceive ourselves in our environment. Stress

Whenever our expectations do not align with reality, we experience stress. Our tolerance for stress is completely dependant on other factors in our life.  Sometimes stress is a great thing, keeping us alert and alive!

But over a sustained period the physical and mental impact of stress can have a huge impact on the quality of your life.

Stress can be a short-term issue or a long-term problem, depending on what changes in your life.

Regularly using stress management techniques can help you avoid most physical, emotional and behavioural symptoms of stress.

Lack of Confidence

Low self-confidence can manifest in many different ways, but some common symptoms include

Negative self-talk

If you often criticize yourself or doubt your abilities, it could be a sign of low confidence.

Low Self Esteem

Self Esteem is the opinion you have of yourself. When you have healthy self-esteem, you tend to think positively about yourself, and optimistically about life in general.

But when you have low self-esteem, you tend to see yourself, the world, and your future more negatively and critically. You might feel anxious, sad, low, or unmotivated.

You might talk to yourself harshly in your mind, telling yourself things like “You’re stupid”, “You’ll never manage this”, or “I don’t amount to anything”.

Your self-esteem affects how you live your life, but it is fragile. If you have low self-esteem, you might be always trying to please other people, or go ‘above and beyond’ at work or with your friends and family.

Self Sabotage

People sabotage their own progress for a variety of reasons.

They may consciously or unconsciously commit acts of self-sabotage, but it’s usually because someone expects at some level to fail in whatever they are doing. When we expect to fail, then our mind subconsciously works to make it actually happen.

The causes of self sabotage range from childhood issues to prior relationship effects, it can be linked to low self-esteem and not feeling worthy of the things you want in life.

Anxiety

Generalised Anxiety disrupts your ability to live a full life, whether it’s a worry about an event, a situation, and sometimes it happens with no trigger at all.

Some people will experience physical symptoms like loss of concentration, sleeplessness, rapid heart beats, tiredness and even tinnitus.

Depression

Depression can rob us of life’s joy.  

A person with depression experiences low moods and loses interest in activities and events that they previously enjoyed (anhedonia).

It can feel like prolonged periods of sadness or extreme sadness and affect your sleep, your job and your relationships.

Burnout

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress.  It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.

Burnout reduces productivity and saps your energy, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless, hopeless, cynical, and resentful. Eventually, you may feel like you have nothing more to give.

Imposter Syndrome

In fact, 70% of people feel this way at one time or another. It’s called imposter syndrome, and these feelings of inferiority can impact you at work, school, and home.

As RTT® gives amazing results over a short period of time, it usually only takes a few sessions to deal with the client’s problem.However, it is not possible to be certain of the length of the process for any given person in advance. Each particular case is assessed as we start to go through the process and see how each person progresses, so the length of the process can only be assessed in each particular case once we embark on the journey.

You can choose to start working with me by opting for a 30 day transformation. It is though really the minimal amount of work and time and usually more sessions are needed to get the desired outcome and issues usually are deep rooted.

At the end of this 30-day process we will review your results and at this state we can opt for one or several cycles to continue to your resolution point.

If you are going through a more challenging process that requires more accountability and new habit formation then we can go for a fuller package which includes my coaching sessions. As a trained coach I know the power of this method, blended with RTT®. This is my “deep-dive” package, recommended hands down if you are going through a particularly stressful period in your life, such as a separation, grieving the loss of someone close to you, struggling with mood or eating disorders or just generally going through an extra turbulent time of your life.
